1-Early Life.
 Born in Chile, Married
 As my father was working as an Electric Engineer in a Copper Mine ,I started my Geology world asking WHY this, why the other.
2- Education / Military
 Did finish high school and two years of University , in Chile (BA), also "volunteered" to do the military service .
 Due to political problems in Chile we moved to COSTA RICA, where I received my MS -GEOLOGY, paid my studies working as assistant professor .
3-Work life.
Over 25 years international experience in:
 Hydroelectric Projects: Tunnel, Power house and dam construction. Managing 200+ labors.
 Mining: Chrome , Gold and Silver. Also clay for ceramic purpose and find good quality quarry for road construction.
 Geophysical Operations: Marine and land, dealing contracts and daily operations with NOC and Oil Companies, increasing revenues in 25%.
 Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons:
 Worked in NOC , obtained funds for HC exploration , administrated and developed the country potential
 Private company,from exploration geologist to Country Manager.
 Avoided getting the company in deals that resulted in dry holes
 Reservoir characterization of one of the biggest field in America (1MMBOD)
 Static Geological model, delineating a water-flood program, increasing the OOIP in 35%.
 As a Geological Consultant, from managing exploration programs, reserves evaluations,developing exploitation techniques up to technical translations, including geological software applications. Creating comprehensive Databases.

President of Geosolutions & Interpretations, LLC in Houston, Texas; with over 24 years of geological experience. His experience includes teaching for two Costa Rican Universities: field geology, geology for engineers and programming for geological and geophysical projects. In the last 15 years his been managing and conducting integrated reservoir studies. This technical expertise, complemented by his management experience, enables him to expedite and implement projects effectively. As an experienced project manager, Mr. Jager has provided leadership for multi-disciplinary teams on both domestic and international projects. He has managed projects worldwide including Mexico, South America. Past responsibilities included job performance and customer satisfaction for PEMEX International tenders regarding consulting, technical, economical and legal matters and insured compliance with PEMEX requirements.
